Terms of Service — YogaTailor

By using YogaTailor you agree to these terms. In short: you're an adult using a wellness app at your own risk and pace, the first 21 days are free, a subscription auto-renews until you cancel, and yoga is not a substitute for medical care.

1. Who can use YogaTailor

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.

2. What YogaTailor is

YogaTailor provides guided yoga programs organised around three outcomes — less stress, better sleep, improved flexibility — delivered as short daily sessions with optional self-reported progress tracking. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Health and safety — please read. YogaTailor is a general wellness and fitness service. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified physician before starting this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any heart, back, joint, or other health concern. Practise within your own limits, on a safe surface, and stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You practise at your own risk.

3. Free trial, subscription, and billing

New users get a 21-day free trial. No charge during the trial.
To keep access after the trial you subscribe to a paid plan. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime in the app; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Communications

By signing up you agree to receive service messages (welcome, account, and the reminders you opt into) by email and, if you provide a number, by WhatsApp. Reminders are opt-in and you can stop them anytime (reply STOP on WhatsApp; unsubscribe link in email). See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reselling or redistributing the content, no reverse-engineering, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and no unlawful use. The account is for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Intellectual property

All content in YogaTailor — sessions, video, text, design, and the name and logo — belongs to YogaTailor or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own practice while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, or wellness result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogaTailor is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using YogaTailor and delete your account at any time (email support@yogatailor.com). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use YogaTailor means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
