Reminders are opt-in. You choose the channel (email and/or WhatsApp) and the time. If you give us a WhatsApp number, we send only utility messages you requested (your practice reminder) via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). We do not send marketing on WhatsApp. You can stop WhatsApp reminders at any time by replying STOP, and email reminders via the unsubscribe link in any email.
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta pixel plus a product-analytics tool (PostHog) to measure which ads and features lead people to practice. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and may record events like "started a session." We use this only to measure and improve; we do not sell it.
We share data only with service providers that help us run YogaTailor, under their terms:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, or after a long period of inactivity, we remove your personal data. Aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.
If you are in a region with specific data-protection rights (for example India's DPDP Act, or the EU/UK GDPR), those rights apply and the contact above is your route to exercise them.
YogaTailor is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material changes will be noted in the app or by email.
